Okay so I have dark dark brown hair. I want to go red. I bought bleach, and ion color brilliance in red. Do I need developer since I have bleach.
I usually use 30 volume. 40 is quicker, but with 30 you can watch it better. Less chance of overprocessing. If you just want to go red, I would suggest exchanging the color brilliance for Ion.
